Kiwanis Annual Fall CHICKEN BARBEQUE for 2006
 
A beautiful day and excellent turnout made this one of the 
best BBQs in history. Special racks and the experienced team 
prepared 1200 perfect chickens. Residents and visitors from 
as far as 50 miles enjoyed corn, rolls, coleslaw, and an 
amazing assortment of deserts.  Chairman Chuck Schilla 
guarenteed a great chicken and delivered. 

The Independence Cultural Arts Council also provided a 
"Chicken Fun Chalk Walk" for kids and adults.
